Here I sit in the tower at work using binoculars kept on hand for West End human watching, watching someone at a bus stop taking cell phone pictures of a tourist taking pictures of a photographer taking pictures of a tourist's shoes while a beggar works the small crowd of locals politely waiting to walk by rather disrupt the photography.
